So I got my new stash of tee-shirts and sweat shirts in and I had one made just for my nephew Alex. So today being the beautiful spring day that it is I had my nephew wear it while I photographed him. He’s such a cutie!

T for Trouble.

Just had to post a pic of my adorable nephew.

I heart Squirrels!

Can you believe we got yet another blizzard!?!

So I awake to my parents telling me that there is 2 squirrels stuck in our tree with no food and that I should schlep them corn and nuts. So I do and I gear up in long johns, jeans, snow suit (which I had no idea we owned), and lots of fleece, the snow is up to my thighs and it is so hard to climb/walk through. It’s been several hours and I do not believe they have touched the corn or nuts.

The blizzard of 2010

For those who don’t live in the Maryland area, we got hit hard with snow. We personally got 23 inches, though I would argue that it was a lot more because that was some wet heavy snow! Friday it came and it didn’t stop till saturday afternoon. It was so much snow that we had to shovel it ourselves because it was too deep and heavy for the 1953 Ford Golden Jubilee, and we have no short driveway either!

Christmas 2009

Christmas 2009 was a blast! Nothing like family coming together and spending the whole day opening gifts and eating, not to mention the white Christmas!  Lately Christmas has been focused around my nephew Alex, the only child in the family. He’s 18 months and loves wheels and telephones (he’ll pick up anything that resembles a phone and say “hello”). He got a tickle me Elmo and that sent him screaming in laughter and lot’s of trucks with wheels. One of our traditions is to get our picture taken with Santa, we hang them up in order and we have photo’s dating back to when my father was a boy and my mother a teenager. Some we are screaming, others were smiling, and then we have the one’s where we have that deer in the headlight look. One of my gifts to my brother and his wife and my parents were albums that I had made of my nephew of photo’s that I had taken of him over the year.

Merry Christmas!!!

I hope everyone has a great holiday in whatever you celebrate!!!
